The data controller is the Operator of Homileo. For privacy enquiries, email info@homileo.com.
We process account data (such as your email address and first name), information supplied in your profile, content entered into Homileo tools, materials you save, and service usage data needed for operation, security and usage limits.
If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides Homileo with data needed for authentication, in particular your email address and basic profile information. This does not give Homileo access to your Google email, files or calendar.
Data may be entrusted to service providers: hosting and data storage providers, Google for sign-in, Stripe for payments, and AI providers supporting the chosen feature (including Google or OpenRouter). Content entered into a generator and information necessary to perform the task may be sent to the selected AI provider. Do not enter sensitive data or information about other people unless necessary.
Providers process data to the extent needed to deliver their services. Transfers outside the European Economic Area use safeguards required by law. Contact the Controller for information about the safeguards for a particular transfer.
Payments are handled by an external payment provider. You submit card or bank account details directly to that provider. Homileo receives information needed to manage access and account for the transaction.
We retain account data and materials you save until the account or material is deleted, subject to data we must retain by law. Accounting records are retained for the legally required period. Technical and usage data are retained only as long as necessary for security, usage limits and establishing or defending claims.
The service stores information necessary for sign-in, remembering settings and recording your privacy choice. Blocking essential storage may make signing in difficult.
On the public website, Google Analytics 4 is enabled only after you click “Accept analytics”. Google receives visit, device and browser information and a cookie identifier; the IP address is also processed during the connection. This integration does not send account data, private materials, form contents or URL parameters. Measurement is not used for advertising or personalised advertising. Google is the data recipient. For more information, see Google’s privacy policy.
Consent is voluntary. Refusing does not restrict use of the website. We remember your choice for up to 180 days; cookies from this integration have the same maximum lifetime. You may withdraw consent at any time: choose “Analytics preferences” in the public website footer, then “No, thanks”. This stops new measurement and removes this integration’s cookies from your browser; it does not automatically delete data previously received by Google. The new integration does not cover the private workspace. The workspace’s existing consent mechanism is separate; you can remove that choice in your browser settings or contact the Controller.
You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and, where provided by law, data portability or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it. Send requests to info@homileo.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
The current policy is published on this page. We will announce significant changes within the service.
